Floppy Fabrics has been in business since 2013 and has been supplying quilters with all of their quilting needs for many years. I created the website to try and service the fabric needs of those of us who love to sew whether it is to create a lovely quilt for a new niece / nephew / grandchild or simply to make a lovely new cushion to brighten up a tired couch that will serve us well for another few years.

As someone who had not been sewing for long but who definitely caught the “sewing bug” I was increasingly frustrated at both the lack of selection and low number of retailers that are servicing the growing quilting / sewing craft industry here in Ireland. My hope is that this shop will give people who love to sew some additional fabric choices for those all important creations.

Floppy Fabrics is an Irish based online store that is located in Booterstown, Co Dublin.
